Laptop rental
The ISG D-HEST has 10 HP EliteBook G5 as well as 2 MacBooks, which can be borrowed at LFV E31.
Additionally there are 3 HP EliteBook G5 for loan at Hönggerberg. They can be borrowed at HCP H28.1.
The reservation is made over the Helpdesk
Important!
Only one device per person can be reserved at a time.
If you need more than one device, please contact us using the Helpdesk
- Log In to the Helpdesk of ISG D-HEST
- Click on "Assets"
- Check the option "Reservable Only"
- Click on "Search"
- Choose the Laptop(s) you would like to reserve unsing the "Reserve" checkboxes
- Click on "Reserve Checked"
- In the opening calendar choose the period you would like to reserve the laptop for. Click on the reservation start-date and then drag to the end-date.
- If you doubleclick on the green reservation bar, you can adjust the reservation time
- Click on "Save" to send us the reservation-ticket
- You will get a confirmation email
- In this mail there will be a reservation form, please print it out and bring it with you
- You can collect the Laptop(s) at the usual opening hours (8AM - 5PM) during the whole week at LFV E31 or on Monday and Wednesday at HCP H28.1 (make sure you reserve the Laptop for the right location)
- Attention: You have to log in to the Laptop, when you are collecting it. So please make sure you plan in enough time to load your data on the rental Laptop.
